Flavours and Allergen Information

We make our cakes to order so pretty much any flavour combination is available. Here are a few of our most popular choices, however if your favourite isn’t on the list then just contact us to let us know.

We don't add any extra cost for the different flavour combinations.
 
All our cakes usually contain wheat, eggs, and milk and we bake in a kitchen where nuts are present. We provide allergen information at the point of enquiry, at the point of ordering and at the point of collection / delivery.

Popular Flavours

Strawberry Victoria

A classic Victoria sponge with fresh strawberries, strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Always a  crowd pleaser.

Lemon Drizzle

A lemon sponge with lemon icing, layers of lemon curd and vanilla buttercream.  Other options include lemon and white chocolate truffle or lemon and raspberry flavours. 

Lemon and Blueberry

Fresh blueberry and lemon sponge with layers of lemon curd, blueberry jam and vanilla buttercream. 

Chocolate Cake

A rich chocolate cake layered with either chocolate truffle or white chocolate truffle. Or both if you prefer.

Chocolate Guinness

A rich,  moist chocolate and Guinness cake. Choose it with or without an extra splash of Baileys. 

Chocolate Fudge Cake

A rich chocolate sponge layered with chocolate fudge. Also available as a coffee fudge cake or a caramel fudge cake.

Chocolate Brownie

Layers of Chocolate Brownie and Chocolate Fudge. So good when you add caramel and or roasted peanuts.

Banana Caramel Cake

A very moist banana cake layered with vanilla buttercream and caramel. We think its even better if you add toasted pecans.

Passionfruit and Coconut

A light coconut sponge layered with our own passionfruit curd and vanilla buttercream. An alternative to lemon drizzle. It's also nice with a little bit of raspberry added too.

Coffee Cake

An espresso coffee cake layered with a light coffee buttercream.  You can also add chocoolate, orange, walnuts, or hazlenuts too if you prefer.

Hazelnut Praline

A vanilla cake layered with hazelnut praline buttercream.. This cake is also good with caramelised hazelnuts added, and or a little bit of caramel 

Caramel Apple and Pecan

A spiced apple sponge layered with vanilla buttercream, salted caramel and toasted pecans. 

Red Velvet

A mild chocolate cake with raspberry jam and a vanilla filling. Or add a bit of luxury with a white chocolate truffle filling. 

Marble Cake

A moist vanilla sponge marbled with either chocolate, coffee, or chocolate orange sponge and layered with chocolate truffle and vanilla buttercream. 

Carrot Cake

A traditional carrot cake recipe with walnuts, pecans, orange zest and juice, cinnamon and of course freshly grated carrot.

Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Everyone has their favourite version, so we make this cake based on what you prefer - let us know 1) type of chocolate - dark, milk, or white, or a mix of dark and milk 2) type of biscuit e.g. rich tea, lotus, oreo, and 3) what extras you like - maltesers, marshmallows, crunchie, kinder bueno, Ferraro roche, smarties, orange, praline - the list goes on and on and on...
